1 Adjust the level between the pressure roller and the flower wheel.
2 When the embossing is unbalanced, first loosen the eccentric locking screw on the left cover of the mold base, and then rotate the eccentric (clockwise, the flower wheel moves upwards; counterclockwise, vice versa, lock the eccentric, repeat the above action, Until the balance.
3 Adjust the pressure of the flower wheel according to the thickness of the stitched or knurled material. Thicker material pressure is increased, and vice versa.
4 Depending on the material to be blown, the thickness is different, and the pattern of the flower wheel is complex. Three factors affecting the printing effect: (1) flower line speed; (2) flower wheel pressure; (3) ultrasonic power.
5 When the speed of the flower wheel is low, the processing material receives the ultrasonic energy for a long time, and the contact time between the flower wheel and the steel mold is longer, and it is relatively easy to be blown.
6 When the pressure of the flower wheel is large, the processed material receives a large amount of ultrasonic energy and is relatively easy to be blown. (At the same time, the wear of the flower wheel on the mold is also increased)
7 Under the premise of the same material and the same processing speed, the smaller the flower wheel pressure, the better. (small wear and long equipment life)
