6.   Battery capacity:     When power on or off, display Pbt  85 which means 85% of full battery capacity.

7.   Charge remind:  When Battery capacity is less then 30% of  the full capacity, the light will be on to remind battery charge; When Battery capacity is less then 20% of the full capacity, the display will flicker to remind battery charge.

8.   Over-discharge protect:    When Battery capacity is less then 10% of the full capacity, this device will power off automatically to avoid battery over-discharge.

Failure phenomena	Failure reason analysis
Display negative number is too big or Err-1	1.    Check LOAD CELL connection is correct 2.    Sensor is damage
Displaying value offset from zero point is too big (positive number)	Means LOAD CELL zero point output is too big. LOAD CELL may have been impacted or other reasons to make LOAD CELL zero point output exceed normal range.
Displaying value cannot be stable	1.    Check LOAD CELL connection is reliable 2.    LOAD CELL is damage
Displaying value does not change when LOAD CELL load	1.    Check LOAD CELL connection is broken 2.    LOAD CELL is damage
Displaying value is not correct	1.    LOAD CELL connector binding face is broken 2.    LOAD CELL position restrict bolt is locked 3.    LOAD CELL load restrict bolt is locked 4.    LOAD CELL is damage
Displaying value cannot return to zero	1.    LOAD CELL position restrict bolt is locked 2.    LOAD CELL connection lead is not good 3.    LOAD CELL is damage
