Insulated chamber: Full metal frame closed structure with an insulated chamber that can regulate temperatures up to 45~55°C. It is industrially configurated, meaning that it can print high quality prints with high precision,so it’s ideal for printing large ABS,nylon and PC parts.

Double extruder: This is a Dual print head 3D printer which makes it ideal for printing objects with soluble support material,and giving great versatility to print in two colors or different materials in the same piece,or to have different diameters of nozzle in the same printer among others.

High precision transmission structure: X/Y axis adopted precision linear guides, Z axis adopted 4 ball screws + 4 optic axis. Adopt precision motor, Closed loop And Professional Driver. Near-end and remote motors Simultaneously deliver printing filament, ensuring smoother printing.

Detachable extruder: The nozzle is easy replacement and maintenance. It is equipped with 3 fans system to guarantee long service life and extrusion stability. One Independent built-in fans, keep refrigerated neck to avoid possible problems ebb and extrusion. one for cooling the nozzle,and one fan is used to cool the printing object.

Automatically shut down after printing: Once the printing is finished and the print head cool down,it will automatically shut down.

Filament sensor: The printer will alarm and pause if the filament terminated during printing,after replacing the coil,it will resume printing at the point that interrupted.

Power-off resume: Recovery of power off accident printing at the point that interrupted.

SD card reader: There’s an SD card reader at the bottom right of the front of the printer, the printer can work independently without having to connect a computer. Wi-Fi control is also available.

Reducing motors: Our extruder motors feature a built-in reducer that provides all the force needed to guide the filament as well as great control over the extruded filament.

Automatic hotbed leveling system is built-in;

After YM-NT-750 and YM-NT-1000 are equipped with a large flow extrusion system, the

original 1.75mm extrusion system can still be used for extrusion. Customers only need to

select different flow rates and filament diameters for printing according to actual needs.

 

However, the high-flow extrusion system currently only supports single-nozzle printing, and

it is temporarily unable to print two-color or supporting structure printing.
