1:Q: Manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are factory of manufacturing the nets from 1992. We have been exporting netting to global market, especially Europe, since 2005. We have more than 150 official skilled workers and more than 20 sets of netting machines, over 120 sets of sewing machines, 4 production line of warping, and dozens of other machines.
2:Q: OEM service?
A: Yes you’re only expected to provide LOGO files and design files for the box.
3:Q: Sample/trial order available?
A: We do provide samples, after all to see is to believe. You’re expected to pay for sample fee and express, but the sample fee will be deducted in your regular orders.
Trial orders is available, however the more you buy, the less you pay for each unit.
4:Q: Lead time?
A: Usually 25~35 days after your order being confirmed. If by products which we have in stock, then you’ll get them very soon.
5:Q: How to place order?
A: After we firm up all details,two ordinary options for placing orders.
Option 1: You’ll get a PI with product info and our bank account on it, you pay deposit/full payment sometimes and order starts after the payment arrives.
Option 2: We could run the order through alibaba trade assurance service, you’ll get an alibaba contract, your payment would be protected by alibaba authority.
6: Q: Can we visit your factory?
A: Yes, anytime. We can also pick you up at airport if convenient.
