Product Description
wood glue
Based on PVAcetate in acqueous dispersion, this special adhesive is characterized by excellent humidity resistance.
Bonding for wood, paper, perfect binding, leather, and surface of the printing and dyeing, painting. Also can be used for family decoration, construction, advertisement, furniture etc.

Feature:

Wood glue is a plasticizes polyvinyl acetate(PVAC)emulsion with polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as protective colloid.
The film of wood glue is transparent, elastic and pleasantly hard.


Usage:

1. Surfaces to be glued should be dry. Free from dirt and be close fitting.
2. Cut end off nozzle & apply adhesive to one side only taking care not to over apply and assemble joints whilst stilll wet.
3. Apply light pressure by using clamps or weights whilst bonding takes place.
4. Take care to remove surplus adhesive when wet.
5. Most woods will be bonded after 30 minutes and can be handled with care after 60 minutes. For maximum strength the joint should be left overnight.
6.After use, clean nozzle and stand bottle upright. Wash hands with soap warm water.

Application:

Wood glue primarily used for the adhesion of handiwork, furniture, building materials, paper, wood products, PS foams and laminates. If modified, it can also be used for fiber processing.
