2. Can we get some samples?Any charges?
Yes, you can get available samples in our stock. Free for real samples, but freight cost will be on your side.
Sample charge is only for customized design.If your quantity is above 1000pcs,sample charge can refund when order confirmed.
3. How can we get a quote? When can I get the price?

Second, Please offer the specification of the product, such as material,size,shape,color,quantity,surface finishing, etc.

Yes, we have professional designers to help with simple information.
6. What's the trade term and payment term?
30% of the total value to be paid before producing. Accept T/T, L/C, Paypal. Can be negotiated.
7. May i have new sample made with my design for confirmation?
Yes. We can do the high quality sample same as your design for confirmation.
8. How long can I get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files,the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.The samples will be sent to your via express and arrive in 3-5 days .
9. What about the lead time?
It depends on the products. Normally 30 to 45 workdays after confirmation of design file and remittance.
10. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?
Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. once shipped.
11. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
12. Do you have MOQ?
Depands on different ideas, Can be negotiated. We welcome small orders.
