Main introduction about the carbonization stove:
Carbonization stove adopt superior purifying technology, and is made from special high temperature resistant material, and show the features of stable and wear well, superior insulating property, easy operation, safety and reliable, finished products ratio more than 95%, labour and time saving, and one person can operate several carbonization stove simultaneously.
Carbonization stove can change the raw materila such as wood log,manmade wood briquette,coconut shell,bamboo etc.into charcoal directly with his superior property above.

The whole machine include: | carbonization furnace is the cylinder shape. And this model stove consists of main furnace (outer stove), carbon basket (inner stove), and fume extraction tube, smoking purification system and hoisting equipment.

Operation | When one carbon basket have been finished carbonization, use the hoisting tools hoist the carbon basket from the main furnace, then let the carbon basket natural cooling, at the same time, put another carbon basket into the main furnace, which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increase a lot.

Environment | Totally No pollution there are two reasons : 1.the frog and the gas flow will be recycle from the smoke recycle device and use for heating the kiln again) 2. We install a special device that can use the liquid gas as the energy to heating the carbonization kiln, and it will not produce any smoke.

Production Flow
The whole line of making wood briquette charcoal
1.Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm).
2.Dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%.
3.Put the material into feed let of briquette machine.
4.Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive.
5.Carbonized the briquette stick.
