Sling Specification:
1) Manufactured in accordance with AS 4497 and the essential requirements of the Australia Machinery Directive.
2) The load bearing core of a roundsling is manufactured from 100% high tenacity continuous filament polyester fiber which is protected by an abrasion resistance tubular polyester webbing cover.
3) Color coded and striped for working load limit identification.
4) All endless polyester round lifting sling are individually numbered and are fully traceable.

Tubular Round Sling
Round slings are manufactured to AS 4497 and have a safety factor of 7:1. The load bearing fibers are wound together to form an endless hank. The working load limit is determined by the number of turns in the hank.
Tubular Round Sling (TRS) are manufactured on a round sling machine. Slings made on this machine are more compact as the winding of the yarn is uniform and the tension on each yarn is constant.
