2.This USB cable has an embedded FTDI 232 and RS232 level shifter to produce true RS232 levels.
3.USB to Serial cable, RJ45 presentation and pinouts for direct connection to network equipment serial console ports.
4.Pinouts for this cable RJ45 end are:
Pin1=CTS
Pin2=DSR
Pin3=RX
Pin4=Ground
Pin5=Ground
Pin6 = TX
Pin7 = DTR
Pin8 = RTS
