1.    How to get the cufflink samples?

Cufflink sample test is greatly welcome, 1-2pairs each design, can laser your logo.

We will sent the sample PI for your confirm, once get your payment we will arrange to make the samples as soon as possible.DHL out after 5-15days.       

2.    Do you have MOQ requirement for the cufflink mass order?

Yes usually MOQ100 pairs for the cufflink each design,50pairs at least for each color (different color plating like silver, gold, rose gold, gunmetal or IP black).

3.    What material do you have for the cufflinks?

Brass, 316L stainless steel or zinc alloy.

Different stones like MOP, Onyx, Opal, Turquoise, glass and so on.

Leather, carbon fiber.

4.    How to put our logo on the cufflink?

Please kindly sent us your logo design in pdf file, then we will laser or engrave it on the cufflink back or fitting.

5.    Can you do our customizable cufflinks?

Yes greatly welcome your cufflink designs, please kindly sent us your drawing.

Then we can quote and make samples accordingly.

6.    How long can I get my products when I place an order with you?

For samples usually 7-10days.

For mass order usually 15-35days.

7.    What is the package and shipping way?

Cufflink each in a opp bag then in carton box, which is safe package for DHL UPS.

8.    What's kind of payment mothod you can accept?

1. T/T, Western Union, PayPal are available.(TT is for USD1000 at least.)

2. 30% deposit as order confirmed, 70% balance before shipment.

9.    Any quality assurance for the cufflinks?

Yes if any quality problem we promise to fix it free.

But we prefer to inspect the cufflink cargos before shipping to avoid this problem.
