2. Carteeair manufacturer will be a life-time consultant for any product issue once the product is sold. Answers and solutions to the problems will be provided within 24 hours.
3. If there is any defeat found in workmanship and materials, products will be sent to the manufacturer and be replaced free of charge. This warranty does not cover abuse, operation in a manner inconsistent with the product's design, or damage resulting from exposure to the elements.
