Characteristic:
1, special pressure control structure and compulsory balanced structure, oil ring were supported by three points. It can operate high efficiency and steady under 14MPa.
2, use shockproof and soundproof structure, have control piston, bias piston special three points supporting way, eliminate the vibration in high pressure, quiet operation.

HVP medium pressure variable displacement vane pump model description:
Allowed rotating speed: minimum:800 r/min, maxmum: 1800r/min
Oil : pressure lower than 70bar, use oil with viscosity 30-50cSt(ISO VG-32) hydraulic oil.
Pressure more than 70bar, use oil with viscosity 50-70cSt(ISO VG-68)hydraulic oil.
Drain oil pipe: Pressure of inner pipe should be setted as <0.05MPa; Pipe length should be shorter than 1M, don’t mix with other oil return pipe.

Packaging: pack one pump in one plastic bag,then put it in one thick paper carton,then heap up them on the plastic pallet, wrap the plastic pallet and cartons with plastic membrane then bind the cartons with plastic packing belt.
Delivery date:about 10-20 days after receipt your 30%T/T for deposit

1, What's the standard hydraulic oil and its working temperature ?
Under 70 bar pressure, use hydraulic oil viscosity 30-50CST(ISO VG-46) in temperature 40℃. Working temperature 15-16℃ .
2, How to adjust the pressure through the pressure adjustment screw ?
clockwise rotation, increase pressure; counter-clockwise rotation, decrease pressure.
3,How to adjust the displacement through the displacement adjustment screw ?
clockwise rotation, decrease the displacement ; counter-clockwise rotation, increase displacement.
4, What's the possible reason if there is no oil output from delivery port ?
1),the shaft rotating direction is wrong.
2), sauction oil pipe was jamed.
3), vane was locked in the rotor,can't slip out from rotor.
