A1: All the lamps has 2 years warranty.IF any items occures quality problems during its warranty ,we take charge of  the shipping cost and replacement;

The color temperature of a light source is the temperature of an ideal black-body radiator that radiates light of comparable color to that of the light source      
A2: RYM Lighting offer lamps in warm, natural,pure and cool white with colour temperatures,measured in Kelvin (K). Color temperatures over 5000 K are called cool colors (bluish white), while lower color temperatures (2700–3000 K) are called warm colorsthe light is.
Warm white = 2700K-3200K              
Natural white = 4000K-4500K              
Pure white = 5000K-5500K

Q3:: What is CRI?

Q4: Will your LED light bulbs work on a dimmer switch?            
A4: We do not recommend using our LED light bulbs on a dimmer switch for this type of switch can potentially cause damage to the bulb;      
However, you could choose our dimmable bulbs, they are suitable for all kinds of dimmer.          
                 
Q5: What is the specific size of the screw base on your Edison base LED bulbs?           
A5: The size is E27/B22. This size works in all common fixtures.            
                 
Q6: Why does my LED light bulb not work properly at extreme temperatures?           
A6: Working at Temperature below 14 F or above 122 F may cause a LED bulb flickered, dim, changing color, or ceasing function. Once the LED bulb is returned to an operational environment it should begin to work properly.
                 
Q7: What is the AC Voltage tolerance for your LED bulbs?            
A7: Their AC voltage tolerance is +/- 10%             
                 
Q8: Do your LED bulbs emit UV rays?              
A8: No. However,  you should never point an LED light to your eyes,the light is very bright and may cause damage to your eye.       
                 
Q9:Is there cheaper shipping cost for importing to our country?            
A9: For small order,express will be best.For bulk order,ocean shipping is best yet it takes much time.
