Tianjin Zhenxiang Strip Processing Co., Ltd is a manufacturer specialized in flat bar, which is located
in Ninghe county, Tianjin City. It’s one of the five wholly-owned subsidiaries of Nanxiang Group.
Nanxiang Group, founded in 2005, is the first strip processing industry brand of China. As one of the
integrated iron and steel enterprise, it’s a collection of strip slitting, hot-rolled flat steel production, hot dip galvanized processing, international trade, logistics and distribution.
At present, we own 40 sets of slitting flat steel production lines, daily output is up to 2000 tons.

(2)Quality and/or quality discrepancy and claim:
In case of the quality and the quantity/weight are found by the buyer to be not in conformity with the contract after
arrival of the goods at the port of destination.
The buyer may lodge claim with the seller supported by survey report issued by An inspection organization agreed
upon by both parties, with the exception, however, of those claims for Which the insurance company and/or the
shipping company are to be held responsible.
Claim for Quality discrepancy should be filed by the buyer within 30days, while for quantity/weight discrepancy
should be filed by the buyer within 30days after arrival of the goods at the port of destination. The seller shall,
within 30days after receipt of the notification of the claim, send reply to the buyer.
