3.Constructure and principle

SDZP type disc brake’s coil 3 through DC electricity to cuase magnetic field because electromagnetic iron 8 and armature 5 are made of high purity soft magnetism material,magnetic resistance small,but it can cause large magnetic force,according to electromagnetic iron’s principle,armature 5 was pick up by electromagnet 8,brake disc 7 was release,when power off,spring 4 thrust down armature pressing brake disc 7 to realize brake,this brake assemble remote monitoring microswitch and handle take off the brake,easy operation.
