Packing

Our cannulas are individually packed in plastic tube and carton outside for double protection; 

otherwise, packing as per customer requirements. 

Delivery

* Less 100 cannulas, order will be finished in 3 days; more than 100 cannulas, order will be finished in 1 week;
* Shipping via SF, Fedex, EMS or other carriers upon customer request;

* If there's no specification of what you need, we can customize for you as long as we know the tip, diameter, length, and if it's for manual liposuction or connecting specific equipment;
* Any inquiry will be replied in first place, and we'll provide best customer service before and after your purchase.
* Samples can be provided upon customer request.

Q1. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.

Q2. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU.

Q3. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds.

Q4. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and
the courier cost.
