Use for producing PU rollers.

 

Construction

Included of electrical control system, mixing head, chemical tanks, metering pumps, control and adjust system of temperature, rotate speed and pressure, hot air heating systems, cleaning system, air push system, vacuum system and base frame etc.

 

Feature

1.Adopt closed hot air to heat, no non-conducting oil, warming faster, PDI control algorithm to make temperature more uniform, temperature error≤2℃,fuel-efficient, clean and green.

2.Adopt high precision metering pumps, variable frequency  speed  regulation, ratio accuracy, output error≤0.5%.

3.Adopt intelligent control system, auto-cleaning, failure record, self diagnosis etc functions can be realized on touch screen, simple and clear, easy operation.

4.Adopt reverse screw device in mixing head to prevent countercurrent of  chemical.

5.Adopt treaded armored hose of both chemicals, easily to dredge when blocking whether conduction oil or chemicals.

6.Color pastes can be added from independent tank and nylon tube to mixing head, ensure color consistency, no color difference.
