Application

Used for producing PU rollers.

Construction

Included of electric control system, mixing head, chemical tanks, metering pumps, conditioning controller of temperature, rotational speed and pressure display, cleaning system, air washing system, vacuum system and based frame etc.

Feature

1. Adopt high precision metering pumps, variable frequency  speed regulation, ratio accuracy, output error≤0.5%.

2.Adopt closed oil-way to heat. preclude carbonization between air and conduction oil, temperature error≤2℃.

3.Adopt reverse screw device in mixing head to prevent countercurrent of chemical.

4.Adopt treaded armored hose of both chemicals, easily to dredge when blocking whether conduction oil or chemicals.
