Application

Used for producing PU industry rollers.

Construction

Included of electric control system, mixing head, chemical tanks, metering pumps, control & adjust system of temperature, rotate speed and pressure, cleaning system, vacuum system,air push system and base frame etc.

Feature

1.Double prepolymers (formulas) can be instantly switched to produce different colors or hardnesses products.

2.Multiple formulas instantly switch, and blend in mixing chamber directly, improve work efficiency, insure same color of finished products.

3.When same formulas, same or different colors with same hardness products can be produced. Can be considered as two component casting machine (double volume of A chemical), cut down time of adding chemical oil or chemicals.

4.Adopt threaded armored hose of both chemicals, easily to dredge when blocking whether conduction oil or chemicals.

5.Adopt Rotary valve type mixing head, no bubbles, prevent countercurrent of chemical, and better performances.

6.Equip single or double or three outlets type nozzle, be applicable to different weight product to cast.
