XPE /XLPE FOAM (Chemical cos-linked polyethylene foam)
Made by high temperature foaming after extrusion of the well-distributed blend of melted low density polyethylene (LDPE), AC foaming agent and other powders. XPE has many good properties, such as waterproof, moisture-proof,insulation, shock absorption, cushioning, rebound elacticity,heat insulation, thermal insulation, weather resistance, anti-aging, corrosion resistance, light weight, formability, etc.
IXPE /IXPE FOAM (Irradiated cos-linked polyethylene foam)
Compared with XPE Foam , IXPE made by high-temperature foaming after electron accelerator for irradiation.electron accelerator produce electron energy change PE sheet internal construction so that it can be cross-linked, formed more steady net structure.
The thickness has more choice, as low as 0.2mm make these grades of foam ideal for tape and seals, whether it be single sided or double sided.

What is xpe foam?
XPE is a chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam, with low density polyethylene resin and a crosslinking agent and foaming agent through continuous foaming and high temperature, XPE is chemically stable, difficult to decompose, odorless and flexible.
What is ixpe foam?
IXPE (Irradiation cross-linked polyethylene) foam is based on low density polyethylene as raw material, change to independent obturator meshed bubble structure by using electronic irradiation.
It can be compounded with aluminum film, aluminum foil, PE filmor other materials.
