It contains 3 main parts: surface TPU material, multi-chamber with polystyrene beads and the webbing straps & buckles.
The surface material is polyester or polyether TPU according to the purpose and application.
Normally, we use polyester for vacuum mattress and splints, and polyether for some of the surgical mattress and inflatable vacuum splint.
Padding we call it the fast-shaping chamber system, it is sewing by anti-static non-woven fabric and fill with 0.5-2mm polystyrene beads,
then welding the surface TPU material by the high frequency melting&sealing machine.
