Product Description
Introduce of coating and ink
The product adopts low temperature vulcanizing technology. It is a double component ink which is suitable for surface decoration of the silicone products. It has the advantages of simple operation, strong adhesion, good painting appearance, strong covering power and excellent weather and chemical resistance.
Using method of coating and ink
Post curing the silicone rubber object at 150℃ for 1 to 2 hours and cleaning up the surface before printing; Use white gas to dilute the ink before processing; diluting rate (ink:1: white gas:3-4). Please dilute the ink by white gas in three times with the principle of less to more. Then add the catalyst of CAT-SPL-11 2%, stir well; filter and spray it with filter cloth of 200-300 mesh. Vulcanizing the painted products after keep it in non-dust environmental for 5-10 minutes
Application of coating and ink
The product can use in the field of mobile phone,telephone, notebook PC, fax-machine, copying machine,remote-operated controller and so on of the electronic product’s keypads which made of silicon rubber .
