1.Loop-line Double-color Sole-casting Machine is applicable for once shaping of double-color sole casting with TPU, PU.

2. It is innovative to combine TPU casting head and PU casting head, which is controlled by microcomputer accurately:TPU material which is the first color will be heated accurately, quantified exactly and cast equably, and then PU material which is the second color will be cast, which leads to fine agglutination of upper and lower sole, and to sole once shaping. The product is of abrasion-proof, acid-proof, slip-proof and static-proof, etc, which meets special requirement of top-grade sport-shoes, tour shoes.     

3. It can cast polyurethane sole continuously because of its loop-product-line. The motion of mold supports can be adjusted with 5-grade speed. There is automatic start/stop device in this machine.
