ZTM-C Servo drive High Speed Slitter Rewinder Machine
The machine applies to slit cellophane, PET, OPP, CPP, PS, PVC, PE, optical materials, film roll, film and paper rolls, of
printing of various materials, from 30 ~ 350 Micron Thickness.
1)This machine is specialized for the optical films and coated film industry. It’s equipped with a high performance PLC
micron-processor combined with movable colourful touch screen that operator is able to control the machine both in rewinder
position and unwinder position.
2) High-end surface treatment roller gives no scratch during slitting and rewinding on the Optical or coated films.
3) Real time diameter checking technology attached on the rewinding unit. The Ultrasonic sensor checking the exact diameter every
0.05seconds and it gives the PLC to calculating the most suitable tension while the rewind diameter is changing.
4) Movable waste rewind provides the waste film to rewind gently on the ground and it minimized dust occur for the Clean room
condition.
