     Shanghai Yuanhong waterjet have two types of pumps used today in waterjet cutting: the linear intensifier pump and the rotary direct drive pump. Both intensifier and direct drive pumps are capable of reliably delivering ultrahigh-pressure water for heavy-duty industrial use for today's manufacturers.

     Crankshaft pumps are inherently more efficient than intensifier pumps because they do not require a power-robbing hydraulic system. In addition, crankshaft pumps with three or more cylinders can be designed to provide a very uniform pressure output without use of an attenuator system. Crankshaft pumps were not generally used in ultra-high pressure applications until recently. This was because the typical crankshaft pump operated at more strokes per minute than an intensifier pump and caused unacceptably short lives of seals and check valves. Improvements in seal design and materials combined with the wide availability and reduced cost of ceramic valve components now make it possible to operate a crankshaft pump in the 40,000 to 55,000 psi (280,000 to 379,000 kPa) range with excellent reliability. This represented a major breakthrough in the use of such pumps for abrasivejet cutting.Today, crankshaft pumps can operate reliably up to 55,000 psi (379,000 kPa).
The main advantage of the crank-shaft style pump is that is provides more cutting power per dollar, and is therefore cheaper to purchase and run.
The main advantage of an Intensifier style pump is that the high pressure seals last a little bit longer.

After Sales Service & Warranty in Shangahi Yuanhong

   Our factory is in charge of transport from Shanghai Port. Customer need to prepare the Lift hoisting for loading and unloading; After inspected the running of equipment at our factory. Then will be finished the installation and commission at customer’s factory, provide details of instruction book;Training course to operator and maintainer, including normal operating, maintenance, trouble shooting and so on.
   A warranty of 24 months on “Insert Supplier Name” fabricated equipment components is included with the purchase of the equipment. Purchased components will be warranted per the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period starts after successful start-up in the Purchaser’s plant and after final acceptance has been signed off.
