Payment terms and installation

1. Delivery time: 30 working days after the receipt of deposit from buyer.

2. Voltage and frequency: 380V/50Hz, or 220V/60HZ, 3phase, 4 wires

3. Payment: 30% of total value will be paid by T/T as deposit, 70% balance will T/T before shipment.

4. Installation: Before shipment, machines will be tested by our technicians to make sure they can work well. Our technicians will be sent to user’s factory to install the machines and train workers. The buyer will pay for our technicians’ return tickets, meals, accommodation and the salary for100 USD per day.

Warranty

1.The supplier will warrant for18 months after the acceptance of the equipment, and will warrant for 18months for the control system. When there are faults with the equipment, the supplier will communicate with the buyer to remedy the trouble in time when informed;

2.When warranty time is past, the supplier will supply broad and favorable technical support and after service for life.

Packing and transport

The package adopts export special wooden case; it is suitable for long distance transport, damp proofing, and rust prevention, shockproof and so on. And also it suitable for sea, land transport and entirety lifting.
