RO reverse osmosis drinking water treatment/ purification system/machine

RO Water treatment system system includes silica sand filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion exchanger, Ozone generator and UV Sterilizer, RO machine (If mineral water, use hollow fiber filter). All these machines made by stainless steel food stage.

Introduction:

Silica Sand Filter--- If we need cleaning water, we must treat water.

The basic way is to filter impurity in water with all kinds of medium. We call it silica sand filter.

It can get different filtering efferent filtering medium.

It can effectively get rid of the mixture of Fe,Mn in water when filling ferromanaganese.

It also can effectively get rid of special smell and the rest chlorine.

It is widely used in primary purifying treatment in foodstuff, drink, medicine industries. It can make water pure and diaphanous.

It has many advantages such as occupying small area, easy and simple operation and maintenance, large volume and revers washing.

It is made of high-quality stainless steel.It is beautiful and durable.It meets the demands of food sanitation. 

Active Carbon Filter---This filter is designed for drinking water treatment.

It can clear away alien colour and foreign substance from the water and can remove heavy metal such as mercury, lead, cadmium, zinc,iron, manganese and chromium, and hydrogenate, sulphide remaining chloride and so on.

The filter is the ideal equipment for drinking water, foodstuff, beverage, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Precision/Micro filter---It can ensure that the granularity of the water into reverse osmosis membrane is 0.01 to 5um.

Reverse Osmosis---The Reverse Osmosis Device is an equipment to purify the saline water with the action of pressure difference of semi-permeble membrane.

It is called reverse osmosis, as it is counter to natural penetration direction.

Different materials have different somotic pressures.

The reverse osmosis can remove more than 97% of the soluble salt and above 99% of the colloid, microorganism, particles and organic materials, becoming the best first-choice equipment in the engineering of modern purified water, highly purified and space water(super-purified water).

The most highlighted features are low energy consumption, no pollution, simple technique, high-quality water and convenient operation and maintenace.

UV sterilizer---It use the UV to kill some bacteria that may also pass through the reverse osmosis system.

Ozone sterilizer---Some bacteria may not be killed by the UV, the sterilizer uses ozone to kill those bacteria.

Hollow-fibre Ultrafilter---This ultrafilter adopts dissymmetriacal semipermeable film which is made from macromolecule material with special process.

The raw liquid flows under pressure, inside or lut side the film.

The macromolecule substance and colloid particles in the raw liquid  are clogged at the film suface and are brought away by circulatingg raw liquid.

Then the raw liquid becomes inspissated, futhermore, the subtance in liquid is seperated, concentrated.

Water tank---To store the pure water before rinsing and filling.

According to customer's water source analysis report and the final water standard required, we will suggest customer to choode the suitable water treatment plants.
