The manual capping machine/device/unit are portable, hand-held, cap tighteners that can be used to tighten or to remove screw and lug type caps. Both models of the manual capper have adjustable clutches that eliminate cap damage and reduce insert wear. Once the cap is fully tightened, the chuck will stop spinning automatically, signaling you to move on to the next bottle. When combined with the self-balancer and stand, the manual capping machine/device/unit can be mounted overhead, which can dramatically reduce fatigue associated with repetitive use.
