We can loose loaded the boxes of nails into 20GP container. Usually it can load around 1000 to 1500 boxes to a 20GP container varies from different sizes. From this loading way, it will make the maximum use of the container space.
Packed on pallets loaded in 20GP container
40 boxes packed on a pallet, 24 pallets/20GP container.
We use plywood pallet or fumigated wooden pallet to pack the coil nails. And use thick steel wire to prevent the pallets shift in container. From this way, it will be easy to load and unload the pallets by using forklift.
