This kind of machine is suitable for multi-color photo gravure printing of various roll material, plastic films and paper.
No shaft mounted version, pneumatic scraper, double cylinder embossing, built-in heating, heat drying, air cooled cooling unit, centralized waste discharge, double-work station for unwinding and rewinding, main motor frequency speed regulating device that is ensures stable tension, accuracy register, high efficiency, reasonable design, convenient and reliable operation are available.
Note: the extra options could be equipped to match the clients demand, like: three-motor, five-motor or seven-motor tension synchronous control system, high speed automatic material cutting and roll changing without stopping the machine can be added, obverse and inverse double-side computerized register mechanism can be added and increase drying heat source including electricity, stead, heat transfer oil, natural gas etc.

We also can do service for you, but you need pay salary for our technicians 80USD/day for each person.

We would express the free replacement parts during the warranty date.

Our engineers understand a little English. All our engineers have more than five years machine installation experience. In
addition, they can use body language to communicate with customer.

9. How do we solve the machine problem after your engineer leaving?
