RY-YB720 Series Hydraulic Automatic Thermoforming Machine with Robot Arm developed by our company is a fully automatic plastic container forming machine which features in high speed and high efficiency. Applicable materials include PS, PP, PE, PET, PVC and ABS.
Full Automatic Thermoforming Machine with Robot Hand
This equipment adopts five-fulcrum rotary arm structure. Machine is driven by hydraulic system. The mould benches (including upper, middle and bottom) are one piece casting. It is equipped with built-in lubricating system. Machine with high efficiency and stable operation can help to improve the service life of the machine. Its stretching part adopts hydraulic cylinder, which features in stable operation and low power consumption.
This machine adopts PLC system to control: mould travel, mould opening and closing. The pressure of cutting is set on touch screen. The travel of mould can be regulated freely. Mould will not fall off when the machine stops.
Robot arm working speed depends on product’s height.
