Recycled Fiber Felt Production Line.

This production line designs non-woven manufacturing systems for the automotive industry, airlaid or by carding solution. 

The system  produce individualized fibers with tensile strength that is uniform in both length and width under controllable percentage.

These advanced fiber web systems create fibers that are ideal for automotive applications such as air bags, headliners, sun shades, acoustical pads, door panels, and various engine parts. The versatility that is engineered into every system allows for the production of non-woven fiber webs from many materials, including cotton, cotton shoddy, synthetic shoddy, recycled fiber, reclaimed material. 

Fiber opening&Preparation.

Air Lay.

Air lay form fluffy webs similar to nest shape,which is perfect structure for acoustic material, which could be used for automotive, construction, carpet...

Resin spraying system is optional, and could be attached on top of airlay machine. 

Oven Solution.

Thermal bonding oven to help form web strength. 

Different width and length are optional for different productsand capacity. 

Different heating sources optional. 

Needle solution.

Needle punching are optional before oven, to help gain better strength. 

More variety could be made with needle punching and also oven. Both thin and thick, soft and hard products are all available in the project.
