Bamboo Flooring Maintenance:
1. Keep indoor humidity. Indoor humidity can be regulated by different method, such as using a humidifier or leave a basin of water on the heating installation if the weather is dry and cool. On the other hand, open the window to keep the room dry if it is rainy season.
2. In order to avoid any destroy, the bamboo flooring should be avoided the impact by hard objects, scratch by edge tolls, rubs by metals etc.
3. To keep the floor clean in daily life, using the clean broom to clean the floor firstly, then wring the mop and using it to mop the floor. It is best to wax the floor 2/3 months.
4. Corrosive water and cleaner are not allowed to clean the floor, the resistant layer is amphoteric oxide, it can react with acid, also can react with alkali.
5. Avoid polish, wax and paint with sandpaper on the floor.

A: We will quote you best price based on your order quantity. So pls advise the order quantity when you make inquiry.
3. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is about 25 days after receiving your deposit payment.
4. Q: What's your packing?
A: Plastic films with carton box, without Pallet Package or with Pallet Package.
5. Q: How can I order samples?
A: We can provide FREE samples if clients can take care of the expressing freight.
So pls just provide your own expressing account (such as DHL, TNT, UPS, Fedex, etc.) for sample expressing freight collected. If you don’t have any, we’ll advise you to prepaid the money by Paypal, T/T, then we send samples to you. The money can be refunded to you if you can place an order from us then.
6. Q: What about the warranty?
A: We have strict and formal quality control and so we make sure all the goods sent out to customers are in good condition.
Within 15 days when customers receive the goods please tell us and show us the detail proof so we can check and give replacement in the next order.
7. Q: How to pay for the products?
