1. Q : Why you choose us as your supplier ?

A : We produce bikes since 1998, all bikes are sold to European countries ,

   USA, Canada and Australia etc.

2. Q : How can I get sample and how long will it takes?

    A: Sample fee will be 150% charge, but we will refund the extra money after you place an order to us. It usually takes 25 -30 days to produce sample.

3. Q : What's the MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is one 20' GP container, you can load 150 bikes normally,

   40 bikes per color combination.

4. Q : What's the delivery time?

    A: It will take about 6-7 weeks to finish an order. But the exact time is according to actual situation.

5. Q : Can I have my own customized product?

    A : Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, etc. are very welcome.

6. Q : Do you have quality control?

    A: Yes, every bike will be checked carefully before packing.

7. Q : How about the warranty?

    A : Two years warranty for frames since sold. If quality problem occurs , please feel free to contact us.
