Q. Where is your factory location? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located at Jing Town, Hengshui city, China. You can fly to Beijing Capital International airport, and we will arrange people to meet you there. Welcome to visit our factory!
Q. What are your trading terms?
A: Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, 70% balance paid against bill of lading; D/P and L/C are also acceptable for order more than USD10,000.To reduce customers’ risks, we suggest customers to use Alibaba Trade Assurance. 
Q: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo and packing design.
Q: What’s your warranty policy?
A: We provide 5 year warranty for hospital beds & home nursing beds frame, one year for other spare parts. You just need to send us pictures or videos of the damaged parts, then we send new parts or compensation to you.
