1.How do you charge for sample and sample time ?

      Sample fee is based on the design of your products , because we need to open model for it . if it was existing goods, there is no sample fee, but freight collect.

      new products sample time is about 5-8 days and existing goods is about 1-2 days.

2. How long can I get mass products after I placing an order ?

      Usually it is about 20-35 days. When we sign the contract , you will give us a deadline according to our plan. 

3. How can I ensure I can get my goods after you got money , how about the defective products ?

      After the goods is ready , we'll show you pictures or you ask us tacking picture as you want. As for the defective products, if it was my fault , we'll rework for you by free. but if it was your mistake like wrong drawing and so on , we will still fix up goods, and may charge for this or by free according to the difficulty.

4. How is the quality about goods ?

      The quality is relied on wood material . But no matter which wood material , we would polish goods smoothly . And we have 3 QC personnal and make full inspection to ensure good quality.

5. What's your payment ?

      30% deposit , and balanced before delivery.
