1. When loading tractor, we will delivery some normal spare part and tools for free together with 

tractor, including tool box. 

2. When the tractor have problem in warranty, pls take pictures as evidence. After make 

sure (the problem must not be caused by manmade destructive factors), we will send the spare

 parts for free at once. 

 

3. After the warranty, the spare parts cost is paid by customer.
