1. Q:Can you offer sample for quality checking?
Samples can be provided as your requirements.
2. Q: Could you accept customized?
Yes, Customized designs, materials, sizes, colors, etc. Artwork will be needed. We will protect the customers' designs, brands, tradematks carefully.
3. Q: What about the lead time?
Usually it will be take 25-30 working days for normal container load quantity order. For some items which are very similar as our main products and small quantity order, leadtime can be just 7-15 days.
4. Q: What do you need to provide a quote?
A: Decoration description, such as color on top and side, artwork ets.
B: Order quantity per patch and per year.
C: Trade terms, such as you need FOB price or CIF price, if CIF, please tell us the destination port. (Please be noted that these are essrntial for our quoting, We couldn't quote the specific price without any of them)
5. Q: What will you do for after sales?
If need, we can send our engineer to be on site to assist setting up the capper machine. Any feedback or questions are welcome, our engineer can answer your questions or have conference call to communicate.
