Water-resistant Exterior Wall Putty is a one component,
preblended, cementitious outdoor wall plaster , which is used prior to the application of finish coating when mixed with water. Durable fillers,fill cracks and splits on exterior surfaces,World class product of its kind, based on quality conch white cement. It has water proof properties for use on cement plastered as well as on concrete walls and ceilings for both interior and exterior. Due to its unique qualities it enhances the life of paints and coating.

 

 

All Purpose Water- Resistant Durable Filler 

For both interior and exterior use, with added PVA for extra strength. For repairs to plaster, brick, stone, wood, can be nailed or screwed when dry. Quick setting, non-shrink.

· Not suitable to use on oil substrate

Application properties

Application temperature: 5°C~35°C

Pot life: 2 hour

Water addition per 25kg bag: 8~9liters

 Tools:

Elec-mixer,Bucket,Trowel

Substrate preparation

· Clean the substrate until free from dust, oil, or any other stains

 

· When high temperature season or dry substrate, substrate should be wet one day before

 

Application

· Put 8~9 liters clean water in a bucket. Gradually add one bag (25 kg) of powder into water

· Mix properly until homogeneous and lump-free

· Leave the product for 5~10 minutes. Then mix the second time for 1~2 minutes

· Apply the 1st coat of product onto the substrate. When the finish is dry, apply the 2nd coat.  Each thickness is about 

  0.5~0.6 mm

· Ensure a flat, smooth and pinhole free coating

· Normally, after 24 hours (depend on weather and substrate), polish the surface

 

· After that, apply the finish coating

Safety

· May cause serious damage to eyes

· May be sensitive to skin in case of contact. lrritable for eyes, respiratory system and skin

· Keep out of the reach of children

· Avoid breathing the dust

· In case of contact with eyes,rinse eyes immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor

 

· Wear suitable protective clothing,gloves and eye/face protection
