1.1 INTRODUCTION:
50ml Filling Machine Dead Sea Mud Mask Filling and Capping and Labeling Machine is designed for cosmetic products with various viscosity, suitable for liquid, lotion, cream, etc.Main function such as filling, pressing, capping, output is automatic, simple operation put bottles, plugs, caps are manual.
Full working process including:
Manually putting bottles/jars.
Automatic one head air cleaning bottles/jars.
Automatic one head filling material. (Driven by servo motor)
Manually putting insert plug.
Automatic one head pressing insert plug. (Skip this process if without insert plug, can be on/off)
Manually putting outside cap.
Automatic one head screw capping outside cap. (With one clamping device to fasten bottles)
