API 11 B Alloy steel Sucker Rod X over Coupling

Sucker Rod Coupling are manufactured as per API Latest Specification 11B. For the thread cutting, the Company is using cold form rolled by displacing rather than by removing of material for making the coupling thread. The thread rolling cutting results in a compressive stress at the root of the thread, giving maximum strength to the traditional weak point of cut-thread couplings.

Class T coupling is using AISI 5140 to manufacture.The coupling is coated using phosphate chemical treatment or black oxide on customer’s request.For Class SM coupling, the spray metal is a specification hardening process and is applied on the base metal.

TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated.

 What is the delivery time?                         

It depends on order quantity.

Generally, the delivery time will be within 10 to 15 days.

 How about our product quality?                     

Our ground screw piles are manufactured with first quality materials

 (hot dip galvanized complying with the ISO 1461:1999). 

 What is steel quality                                   

This system is built from Q235 steel conical pipe with welded blades,

 and can be applied in a wide variety of different geological locations.

 What is the thickness of galvanization?        

More than 60μm in general.
