Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually we require 2000-3000 pcs/item, but we accept lower quantity for your trial order to test the market.
Q: How long is the production lead time?
A: It takes 35 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
Q: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept TT 30% deposit in advance and balance against BL copy. Also L/C at sight.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
Q: How many new models you provide every year?
A: We are keen in developing new styles to lead the market, around 30 new models will be put to the market every year.
Q: Where is your factory located? How can I get there?
A: Our factory is located in Huangyan, Taizhou city, Zhejiang Province in China, near ningbo port. You can fly to our local airport which is 40 min drive way to our factory. Or you can take train to our station from Hangzhou (2h) or Shanghai (3h).
