Q1. Can I have a sample order brocade fabric ?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed deigns are acceptable.

Q2. What about the delivey time?

A:Sample needs 5-6days, cargo production time needs 4 weeks for order

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for one design?

A: 1200 meters per design,300 meters per color

Q4. How do you ship the samples and how long does it take to arrive cargo by container ?

A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q5. How to proceed an order for broade fabric ?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it avialible to print my logo on fabric?

A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Can I visit you factory?

A: A: Our factory is just two hours from Shanghai and one hour from Hangzhou. We will warmly welcome you to visit our factory.

Q8: Which terms of payment do you accept normally?

A: We normally accept payment by T/T 30% deposit and the balance upon reciept of the copy of lading bill. L/C at sight is also acceptable.
