The Neon Fluorescent Pigment contain no formaldehyde, therefore is a safety pigment dispersion.

Yes. Samples are available for your test before purchasing.

3. How can I place an order?
A. After we made agreement on the product quality and price, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation. When we got your advance payment (deposit) we will send samples for your final confirmation.
B. After your approval, we will start mass production. it takes 25~35 days to produce the goods. when goods ready, we will prepare for our QC report, if there is no problem, please arrange balance payment to us. We will ship goods to destination port as your required.
C. If you have your own ship forwarder, we will contact your ship forwarder to delivery goods.

5.What's your payment term?
70% deposit in advance by T/T, balance30% paid when goods ready. small amount payment can through Western union, Paypal and Trade Assurance. Please confirm everything clearly before you make payment.
6.How about the shipping?
For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like FEDEX and DHL, but other kind of shipping ways can be negotiated, usually it takes 3-7 work days to arrive.

For big quantity of orders, we will ship by Ocean transportation, it takes one month to arrive. If urgent, you can choose ship by Air.
