Magnetic Stirring Tank With Bottom Magnetic Stirrer
Introduction :
Magnetic agitation tank is composed of tank body and a magnetic agitator. All the
parts are made of high quality acid resistant stainless steel ( 304 or 316L ) and
conform to GMP standard. The inner surface adopt mirror polish. The tank bottom
use arcdesign, which makes no dead angle of the tank. The inlet design makes a continuous
filling possible. The outlet design is good for discharge process. The structure of tank
adopt oval tan top ad standard tank jacket. There is a magnetic agitator at the bottom.
The agitator has the advantage of small distance from the tank bottom, low requiement
of liquid level. As a result, the is no precipitation problem and solve the problem of top
mixer requires a minimal liquid level.
Working Principle:
The magenetic agitating is an application f a magnetic coupling. Beucase the repulsion
between the different poples of the magnetic material, we drive the magnetic agitator
by continuous changing the polarity of the magnetic base. The shaft of motor and reducer
connect with the inner magnetic ring. The agitation shaft connected with the out magnetic
ring . The out magnetc ring rotates with the inner magnetic ring, and make the agitation
shaft rotate according , The inner ring and outer ring are sapareted by a seal cover. The
ractor cavity and the out environment are separated by the seal cover. So it is one of the
most reliable No-leak design, and a necessities for no-leak reactors.
