1. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a sample we have in our stock, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.

2. How long can I expect to get the customized sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, and the mould is existing in our factory, the samples will be ready in 10-15 working days;
If the mould is not existing, we need to open a new mould, the samples will be ready in 15-18 working days; The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 working days. You can use your own express account number or prepay us if you do not have an account.

3. What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it largely depends on the order quantity and the season when you place the order. As usual, 20-35working days will be ok. If you are very urgent, we will try our best to do it.

4. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept FOB, CFR, CIF,etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost effective for you.

5. What is your terms of payment?
We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Western Union, or 30% pre T/T 70% balance before shipment.

Step2     We make an assessment on your project drawing and send you price;

Step3     We provide you a sample design;

Step4     You think our design is ok;

Step5     We make sample and sent it to you;

Step6     Your approval on our sample and place production order and pay us 30% deposit;

Step7     We start to make the products as per the sample approved;

Step8     When the good is finished done, we deliver it to your forwarder;

Step9     You pay us the balance upon T/T;

Step10   We follow up the after-sales services, any defectives will be refunded based on your technical reports.
