The MDF production line consists of chip preparation, fiber preparation, glue mixing and applying, mat-forming and hot-pressing, cooling and sizing, sanding. It can be used in furniture-making, flooring-making, packing industry, sound box, construction and decoration of vehicle or vessel etc.We can provide 1500-8000 m3 MDF production line as well as a single machine supplement such as chipper, refiner, dryer, forming machine, pre-press, hot press etc.

 We can accept OEM service,we can change the working length and diameter as your requirement, also can change the motor type (DC or AC). we have rich technology experience and can design machine according to your requirement. 

The MDF production line can be used in furniture-making, flooring-making, packing industry, sound box, construction and decoration of vehicle or vessel etc.

Package: The normal package for machine is containers,nude package,but the spare parts is wooden box.If export to European countries,we will use PE film for packing it or according to your requests.
