Q1.when you send the tank is coming empty or with liquid nitrogen?
A:It's an empty tank. Do not ship with anything in it.

Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q3. How long it taks to ship to my country?

A: Usually if you buy under 20. It will take 3 days to ship. But if you buy more. It takes longer to shipping

 we will  follow the shipment by step. 

Q4.How long does this container keep cold?

A:We have good quality. It is all depends which size you buy. If it's bigger. Then it going to be keep longer. But yes. we have higher quality than usual

Q5. Although it indicate for liquid nitrogen. can i use it for any of other liquid ?
A: To be honest. I prefer you just use for liquid nitrogen. However, if you want to try different. I don't see any reason why not. But liquid nitrogen container itself ia not cold.

Q6. Can this be taken on an airplane
A: Yes. But you have to make sure it is empty inside. Do not bring on the airplane when it's full.

Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.

Q8: What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
