4..Operating procedures:

(1).The mold is put on work table, using T shaped screw fixed,and then fix the punch head on the left and the right side push plate and back core-pulling push plate.

 

(2).Run the machine in manual operation mode, check the synchronization of the master cylinder and the left and right side cylinders, when meet the requirements, can begin production.

 

(3).after the machine switch to automatic mode, put the heated bar stock into mould, according to automatic operation buttons, the machine automatically complete a cycle of work, take out the product.

 

(4)This machine is equipped with a touch screen, can be set the holding pressure time, unloading time, core pulling switches etc. function.

5..Note:

(1) .when Removal and mount mold or no mold, prohibit running the machine in automatic operation mode, otherwise it will cause an accident.

(2). Equipment used for the first time in three months, has to clean the oil tank once, then washed once a year.

(3). In summer , the weather is hot,the cooling water access cooler to keep the oil temperature.
