A: Sunnex is a Hong Kong based company specializing in manufacturing of catering and household items since 1972. Of more than 40 years in manufacturing, we have an experienced R&D team supported by competent engineers & machinists, and a well-equipped tool shop. Our in-house inspection team provides 100% quality check before delivery.

Q2. What’s your Payment and Price Term?

A: Both T/T payment in advance and L/C at sight are acceptable but in general T/T is recommended as it comes with quicker transfer and lower bank charges. Our price is on FOB Yantian port basis from China in USD. Yet we can offer you C&F and CIF price on request. Normally we deliver goods in sea shipment.

Q3. Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A: We are a professional manufacturer of catering and household products. We have two wholly-owned factories in China - one in Nao Ao and one in Tai Shan of 42,000 sqm. and 230,000 sqm. in total area respectively.

Q4. How can I get some FREE samples?

A: We are honored to offer you Free samples. New clients are expected to bear the courier fee. Free sample cost will be refunded upon the first order payment.

Q5. What is your Production Lead Time?

A: Our normal production lead time is abt 4-6 weeks upon order confirmation and deposit payment. If goods are in stocks, we can offer shorter delivery time. Hence we will reconfirm the actual time upon final order confirmed.
